10 Stores Named At Tanger Outlets Groundbreaking In Memphis (Southaven)

Once finished the Outlets will house more than 70 retailers, 10 of which were uncovered yesterday. Lease arrangements are as yet being finished, and additional store names will be announced as the advancement proceed.

The Outlets are expected to open Novermeber 2015, right before the Christmas shopping season. Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. (NYSE: SKT) is joining forces with Memphis-based Poag Shopping Centers LLC on the venture. The general contractor is C70 Builders Inc. out of Minnesota.
